Eascom Electrical was engaged by Multiplex to provide the complete electrical package for the Bella Apartment Complex. This Design & Construct project was delivered on time & budget as the team worked in consultation with the Head Contractor, Service Consultants & other Trades for a successful outcome.
The Bella Apartments are located in Southbank on City Road opposite Moray St, Melbourne. The apartment complex is a 33 level tower comprising of 228 apartments made up of one and two bedroom configurations. The tower also features a gymnasium, three levels of car parking that contains a car lift and bicycle storage and ground floor retail tenancies.
Bella Apartments is a prime location for residents, being walking distance to the CBD, Crown and Yarra River and easily accessible public transport to famous gardens and acclaimed universities.
